Entry into the IPSF

1. The IPSF recruiting office in New York, USA will administrate the entry of athletes into the Festival.
   
2. All athletes, teams, coaches, trainers and staff, including program staff, must apply online at www.ipsfestival.org .
   
3. Only applications submitted online are reviewed.
   
4. All competing applicants must be born within the age bracket.
   
5. Several teams representing the same religion may be accepted.
   
6. The best qualified athletes and teams applying from each religion will be chosen to participate in the IPSF.
   
7. Athletes can only apply for one sporting discipline but may compete in various events within that discipline.

General Guidelines

1. Participants, both teams and individuals, are placed in brackets using a balloting system. The number of participants will determine the number of brackets.
   
2. Preliminary rounds are conducted using a round robin system. Advanced rounds are conducted using a single elimination system.
   
3. The first, second and third place finishers will receive gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
