Regulations
International Volleyball Federation regulations apply to all games.
IPSF adaptations and amendments include:
- Participants are placed into preliminary brackets using a balloting system.
The number of participants will determine the number of brackets. - The preliminary round will be conducted using a round robin system.
The semi-final rounds will use a single elimination system. - All preliminary matches are won by the best of three 25-point sets; a set must be won by 2 points.
- Semi-final matches are won by the best of five 25-point sets; a set must be won by 3 points.
- Maximum team size is 10 players and 2 staff.
